Support and Opportunities
for Emerging Artists

Music is Medicine.

Musicians are unsung healers. Through their storytelling and
composing, they find an outlet for their own emotions and life experiences,
and their music opens doors for us to do the same.

Our mission is to assist musical artists in overcoming barriers;
helping them be seen, heard, followed, and discovered—
because in a world that needs so much healing, music matters more than ever.

What We Do

  • Redfellow Music Festival

The Redfellow Music Festival (RMF) is an annual non-profit event that showcases and supports emerging musical artists from various genres and backgrounds. The rustic country setting in Bothell, WA offers a passionate audience, and a unique performance opportunity that earns rave reviews from all who attend.

  • Redfellow Room

The Redfellow Room is an exploratory effort at Jackson High School to help students learn music production and create recordings that will foster music creativity outside of the typical band or orchestra setting. Students will learn how to use mixing technology to create their own music, help mix and record music for others, and record their talents for competitions, auditions, and applications.

  • Connections

Our goal is to help connect emerging musical artists with opportunity and support to move their music goals and dreams forward. We will develop relationships with community arts and music organizations, local music influencers, music booking agents, and offer tools and support to increase artist visibility .

Why We Do It

  • Who Is Redfellow?

The Redfellow Foundation is named to honor Reed Rockfellow Baldwin who passed away from a car accident on April 1, 2021. Reed was smart, funny, and a passionate musician who dedicated the last 5 of his 22 years to making innovative, genre-bending music. He loved a great beat and created a music production studio in his home where he produced his own work, and helped others do the same. He published his first album "Peppermint" in 2020 under the moniker "Redfellow".

  • Our Story

Since the Baldwin Family is no longer able to encourage Reed’s dreams of a music career, they want to help other aspiring artists move forward with theirs. Together with gifted and dedicated friends and volunteers, they have started a non-profit music event and organization that delivers a new opportunity for musicians to perform, and a new opportunity for music lovers to discover them. We are a dynamic collaboration of musical hearts and minds, and welcome your ideas and support.
